30-Minute Resistance Band Strength Workout
Our exercise physiologist Lily has created some exercise videos. Here is a total body strength training program using resistance bands or therabands.
Regular exercise is an important part of a healthy lifestyle under normal circumstances. It is especially important to remember to make time to exercise during Hawaii’s stay-at-home | work-at-home order. Exercising will help to keep your immune strong, give you a break from the stressful news, and overall will help you feel better. Especially after a day of working at home in your probably not-so-ergonomic home office, which for me is my kitchen counter.
Please be sure to exercise safely and check with your physician before starting any exercise routine. We can’t observe you while doing these exercises, so we can’t be held responsible.
