Hands-On Cooking Demo with Chef Paul Onishi *CLASS FULL*

Where: 5/F Ballroom, Japanese Cultural Center of Hawaii, 2454 S. Beretania St. 
When: Tuesday February 26 from 7 to 9 PM

Former Kapiolani Community College Culinary Instructor and ‘Ekahi alumni Chef Paul Onishi is hosting a series of hands-on cooking classes for ‘Ekahi alumni of all skill levels. You’ll learn how to choose the right ingredients, and discover the tips and tricks to cooking with today’s vast array of meat-alternative products. This special cooking demo will feature alternative meat products from locally renown Rocket Scientist Chili, as well as products from Down to Earth Organic and Natural. Participants who attend the first session will receive priority seating at future Hands-On Cooking Demo events hosted at Kapiolani Community College’s learning kitchen!

This first class is open to ‘Ekahi alumni and participants only! Admission is free, but Chef Paul asks that you bring your own knife and cutting board, as well as one fruit and one vegetable.
