1.5 pound green beans (frozen or hand cut from fresh) ends trimmed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1Prepare then steam the beans until they are tender yet retain a bright green color.
2Heat saute pan over medium and cook garlic in 1-2 teaspoons of vegetable broth or water for 1-2 minutes or until flavorful.
3Take care not to burn garlic.
4Add vegetable broth or water as needed.
5Toss cooked beans with garlic until flavors are mixed.
6Salt and pepper to taste.
